We recently needed Rachaels help with our remortgage, given the difficulties in the market over the last 12 - 18 months we were very glad we did! Can't recommend Rachael and Lucy enough - I was completely overwhelmed with the prospect of buying and selling at the same time, and Rachael just completely took the stress out of the whole process. Really professional service and she was very patient with my (many!) questions. If you're unsure on whether to use a mortgage advisor or not definitely just go for it and use Rachael, not only is she really efficient and friendly she has definitely saved us more money than we spent on her services so it really is a win:win.

Rachael and lucy have been amazing throughout the whole process. Always being available to answer any questions we had, and being very informative answering them. This was our 1st home so we wasn’t to aware of the process and Rachael and lucy helped guide us through it all. Couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again when the time comes!
