Ronan the manager refused to accept my parcel for return to Amazon via Evri due to it's size. Parcel is 9.8kg 80cm x 20cm x 35cm, so I took it to another Parcelshop and it was no problem. For his information Evri return limit is 245cm, my parcel was 190cm, which is well within the limit. I think he would rather stand there arguing than helping his customers, not sure why he would not even check it? Very unhelpful guy.
