Very unhappy totally unnecessary meds prescribed and my dog had blocked anal glands which we were told were done and they weren't so had to repay 2 days later for same treatment and also given antibiotics unnecessarily. Told he had allergie and and they were bites. Also paid £60 £35 of which was to see vet who obviously doesnt do or know job properly very dissatisfied

When I first took my collie mist there she was very nervous and Sophie made her feel very comfortable in the vets. After a great 10 they took good care of my dog and with eutnasia I still miss her but what a great group

Lovely attitude from all the staff. Very professional and confidence inspiring. The advice given to us for bringing our dogs to Spain was spot on. Excellent.Update 2022: This vet franchise has expanded. The receptionist was abrupt and rude on my last visit, and the focus seemed more commercial than before. I will no longer use them.

Sophie, Kirstie and receptionist Mandy are always welcoming, helpful, friendly and caring towards both myself and my dog Carla. I would not hesitate to recommend them as Sophie gives excellent veterinary care to Carla. Thank you to the henley team for everything you do.
