I have purchased a Brand New Sur-Ron Road Legal 2023 from this guy and they have been nothing but helpfull all the time after I have placed my order and I have got it even delivered to my door in 4 days time !It haven't tooked while for me to decide I want to go for full 72V conversion and this guys got me sorted once again with 10% discount ! My bike is an absolutely animal doing 90mph top speeds and runnining 20kw with the BAC8000!Can't appreciate enough - thanks so much ! Will be back for your XL Frame Extender and wheelset realy very soon!

This outfit is absolutely appalling.I had arranged for my Talaria to be seen to by them at Bury when I arrived at their advertised place of work it was closed down they didn’t even have the decency to inform me they had moved address.I phoned them and talked to a complete muppet who then said they couldn’t do the work . They are a JOKE .

They delivered even more when I was been expecting.Serviced my bike fully and I even got some parts free of charge because was been spending a lot.All the parts are top class.They installed upgraded controller for me with battery bypass and made my bike to run up to 60mph ))Will be returning and recommending to others.

Droped off my ruined surron for full rebuilt -now bike looks and drive beter then new !! BAC 8000 changed the bike completely!! Tune is amazing - over 100miles done and so far so good!! 219 chain conversion way too quieter then previous 420 - can't complain. Will be back for more upgrades! Quality only

I previously left a bad review but give the owner his due he phoned me and went thro everything with me very happy with how he delt with the situation explained fully where I was wrong which am happy to admit just slight confusion over certain things the products that this company produce are at the top standards and I am satisfied and very happy and will continue to shop with them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the last email I sent to EV freaks. I did not receive a response. I also included the photos referenced in the message.“Unbelievable.This entire process has been a nightmare from start to finish.First, you overcharged me for what I got, but at the time you were the only shop who had it in stock so I didn't have a choice. I paid extra specifically for expedited UPS shipping and you sent it USPS/Royal Mail anyway, which caused huge problems and delays on my end. The kit showed up missing pieces and you only told me about it when I emailed in to ask. There were no install instructions and when I emailed to ask for them, I didn't get a response for over a week which meant in the meantime I was bothering your programmer to try to help me figure it out. When I finally get it mounted and working, I get the chance to ride it with the new setup maybe 5 times, putting less than 30 miles on it and now I'm responsible for replacing the faulty Eggrider you sent me? Barely 4 months later? It's not damaged, I haven't crashed the bike, I haven't even tipped it over, I sent pictures proving it's perfect. It worked at the end of my last ride, I loaded it into the van and brought it home and as soon as I pulled it out, it wouldn't turn on. I checked the entire length of the wire and there are no kinks, cuts, or abrasions. Nothing happened between the time it last worked and now.I will not be buying another Eggrider from you. If you won't stand behind your product that's up to you, but I'll make sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen.”Since then I have had to purchase another EggRider from another shop, who will warranty it if something happens to it.
