Popped in to get a set of keys cut the bungalow we've recently moved into. The lady serving was very welcoming. I left my keys with her whilst I did my shopping and she made a mental note of my name. My keys were ready to pick up and the lady was lovely and friendly. Will definitely use them again. Got home and all of the keys fitted the locks perfectly.

The guy that served me was absolutely fantastic. Advised me that my last keys were made on the wrong type (they had bent in the lock).He advised me on which ones I needed and then gave me a good deal on the ones I had done.And he also was amazing to my little one. Couldn't have been happier!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff quickly sorted special keys for me. Good range of key colour tops, rings and they do shoe, clothing and special repairs too. Great feature of this shopping complex

Jules served me again this week ....... as well as adding an extra hole to my new sandle straps so the fit better we had a good laugh about our menopause years lol, I left a happy customer!
