Granted the lines are very busy but if you are in need then set the time aside, persevere keep dialog and you will get through. Doctors are very good and the Reception staff I have encountered are polite and helpful.

Absolute shambles of a surgery. Appointments are as rare as hens teeth, receptionists are stunningly rude, prescriptions always wrong and woe betide you encounter Dr Smyth who will disregard life threatening symptoms whilst berating you for making an appointment. Patients frequently left without life saving medication due to incompetence of reception staff and devil may care attitude of the doctors,

Impossible to get speaking to someone on the phone and on the rare occasion you do get through they hang up. Using covid as an excuse to operate a skeleton service. Don’t pay NI for this rubbish service. Beyond useless.

Doctors are really good just a shame that some of the receptionist don't know how to talk to people the right way .along with not willing to help or even try to help sort thing out .especially when dealing with mental health problems.telling people phone back in 3 days and just keep pressing radial won't fix the problem.

Really lovely staff who genuinely care about you. Elaine at reception is wonderful, nothing is ever too much trouble. Dr Henderson shows kindness, compassion and understanding. The two nurses I've met have been just lovely. Every time I've needed help, I've been given it, and I'm very thankful.

Must be the worst GP practice in Ireland. It’s awfully run, the phone system is prehistoric and I am sure many people suffer for longer than they should with ailments because this place isn’t efficient. It really is an awful place.

One secretary has no time to listen to what is being said. Hung up on while I was still speaking after waiting 6 mins in a call queue to speak with someone. Now waiting again. They also apply the rules differently each week. No appointments given after 10.30am today. Yet two weeks ago I got one for the same day even though I called after 10.30am.Update because this place is terrible.

Yes it is quite difficult to get through on the phone lines because of how busy they are and I can only imagine the abuse the receptionists get because of this, but the actual doctors are lovely, Dr Annett and Dr McDonald especially are incredibly caring and take your concerns seriously and I've only had one time with a doctor that felt dismissive and even then i was told to come back if the problems didnt go away which i did and it was seen to right away, the nurses are just lovely too. Don't give them a hard time for how understaffed they are, the NHS is struggling and they're doing the best they can.

Very difficult to get speaking to a GP on the telephone as time slot for ringing in for a callback is 9am to 10am and is permanently engaged. Recently my partner developed serious medical problems that he needed to discuss with his GP but he couldnt get through on the telephone.

The receptionist shows no emphathy she is patrnoising and rude and it's uncalled for it states in the surgery not to put anything about them on social media, that in its self shows there is obviously issues. I find her behaviour disgusting and as she is working with vulnerable adults and children and not at all professional. I will never recommend and I will not be back if I could choose 0 stars I would of.
