I was truly overwhelmed by the professionalism and support offered by the staff. Dr Bhavik Patel treated me after I had undergone some erroneous treatment in India which caused me to suffer immense pain in my molar. After two very short visits the pain was completely gone and my teeth were left feeling better than ever before. He also provided me with some wonderful insight into how I should properly preserve and protect my teeth and I am feeling more confident than ever before. I would highly recommend this practice as all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming which contributes to the wonderful warm environment here.

This dentist is a joke they have kicked my daughters off their books because of missed appointments in the first year. Who in there right mind takes a child with no teeth to a dental appointment. Service is terrible and so are the staff, rude and unhelpful I might as well be using an automated service. The shame is that children in the UK can't get the dental treatment we all pay tax for. This is a joke and they are ripping us off

An absolutely wonderful team, who supported my son age 13 thru a couple of appointments. There is a genuine fear of the unknown, but once informed the team kept him updated, were really honest and made our whole experience so much better. This was done by talking to him as a real person, not talking down to him or declaring him irrational! The second appointment was easy to manage because he knew what to expect so I could maintain trust and he even went willingly!!! This team went out of their way to engage and encourage him to trust them. The premises are as you expect - clean and warm, good location and easy to get to.Well done and a massive thanks.

I believe the service on this clinic it's good, but since I registed my daughter (7months) I never got a appointment for her, just have being advise by phone at 4 months a go with prescription of ibuprofen and paracetamol, and my daughter have been worse day by day because she's need to be see it by a pratice dentist. I try to book a appointment day by day since, and nobody pick the phone. It's a good service?? Well...judge by your common sense. Thank you

I hope that this gets to him.Due to Covid my family and myself haven't been to see the dentist in a while now. I think that this is common currently. As I have an autistic child, I encounter MANY services on a regular basis. Such is life for us. Several people that I encounter are trained in this field, and several are not.I go to this dental practice in Dereham, and I always request treatment from Dr Cameron. I haven't been there in a while. I really hope that he is still there. He is the ONLY person that I can currently recall, from any service not specifically for my son's additional needs, that talks to my son. It sounds silly as my son is very young, but all of Dr Cameron's questions are aimed at my child and not myself. I doubt that he even realises what this means. My child does not interact with people, and yet nothing stops this man from treating my child in the way that he deserves; as a person, not an accessory. I am in awe of this man.I cannot thank him enough.I obviously have been advocating for my boy all of his life, and will continue to do so. An almost stranger however, aiming questions to my son and giving him time to answer or respond, even though he can obviously see that he most probably will not, is something that I wish that more people could do. Even as a small child, my boy needs to be engaged and respected. This man takes the time to give my son a chance. It also helps that this dental practice is amazing. Everything that you could want and more from all members of staff.Again, it must seem silly to most, but everyone is this practice are amazing people. A tiny amount of time, patience for each family and individual, and smiles that you can sense even over the phone.Thank you a thousand times over guys, for treating us as individuals; not a collective with only one voice.Edit: I recently found out that his FIRST name is Cameron!! I like to think that my mistake just goes to show how personal a service he has given!!

Very disappointed. I was booked in for a tooth extraction at 9am today, following several weeks of pain and at 8.53 while I was waiting for the door to open, they phoned to cancel the appointment. They said the dentist was stuck in traffic and they had no idea when he’d get in. I asked if I could sit and wait as I really wanted my tooth seen to and she said no, it would need to be rebooked for tomorrow. Another 24 hours to wait, additional hassle in booking more time off work and arranging for my son to get to school and apparently this was to avoid me having the inconvenience of having to wait until he arrived! Ludicrous! We’ll see what happens tomorrow. When my daughter had an appointment at 9am a few weeks ago they didn’t even unlock the door until 9.05!

Rude and incompetent.....Dr de Lucchi was unprofessional and incapable of formulating a coherent sentence and possibly drunk or hungover.Reception staff were obviously aware of this and covered for him.

Terrible service. They haven't had a dentist for years only hygienist. Can never get an appointment, the Receptionist is fairly rude. Last time I went about a certain tooth they told me nothing was wrong with it, and that I had wasted an appointment, 6 months later, said tooth is extremely black and so painful I'm in tears every time I eat. Oh and guess what they don't care and won't see anyone. If you go private with them for one appointment they take you off the nhs list.
