FRF Accident Repair Centre
This is my second experience with FRF accident repair. First time it took a bit of time to get my car in with organising a courtesy car. The car came back immaculate. This time my car was in a week after the accident, always had regular updates and it was delivered home to me, again immaculate by a very friendly driver (Keith). Can't fault this service. Many thanks.

Great experience down at FRF Accident Repair Centre the staff were very helpful and friendly through the time I spent there . The overall job carried out on my car was superb and the paintwork is perfect. Would recommend to anyone for any work needed on their car. Thanks to the team there for a great and easy experience.

My car needed some work on the lip of the bonnet and a new grid underneath after a small accident. My car was collected from my home and a courtesy car was left for me. FRF contacted me regularly updating me on the progress of the repair which was good. It was finally ready after a week but there seemed to be some confusion on when it would be returned - I think there was a mis- communication between departments possibly as I was told various days hence i have given four stars . However it was returned in a glowing condition having been washed and polished and the driver was a pleasant chap. This was my second experience with FRF Accident Repair and overall I am very pleased with them and highly recommend their services.

Very poor experiance. Two attempts at repairing the car there is still blistering in the paint work and now it has to be repaired by some one that knows what they are doing.The color match is incorrect and now I have one black wing with excess metallic compared to the standard paint work on the car.Don't except this repair shop when instructed by your insurance company.

Just get my Mercedes car back - which had an accident in May! Surely give 5 stars for their professional works and services! The engineers explained the issues and the repairing works they are going to do or what they have done. And the customer services give out the updated information on time. - Have to say that they much more professional than the dealer and the manufacture!

It's a good thing cars don't have feelings or I'm sure this company would have no customers left. The customer service was beyond abysmal.First impressions were actually really good. The communication initially was brilliant and the work was 'completed' quite quickly. However when we collected the car, we noticed this company in the process of repairing the damage from an accident had damaged a trim and try to cover it up with a putty type glue. It wasn't successful and we noticed it before we left the premises. It was a clip that was broken, no big deal, aside from a bit shady to try and cover it up, we were assured the car had been road tested and had booked to come back for the clip repair. They even offered us fuel when we came back because we lived about 25 miles away.Fast forward to us actually leaving. A noise was coming from the back end, where the accident happened when the car reached 50mph, we had let the company know BEFORE the car was collected about this NEW issue since the accident as well as our insurance company.Anyway, I called them back to let them know that the noise was still there (evidently a damaged barring), to be met with rudeness and the worse customer service ever. I ended up speaking to someone who did not identify themselves, who told me that the mechanic had taken the car out for a test drive and the noise was coming from the front (an area completed unaffected from the accident). I said it was clearly coming from the back in the same place the accident happened and I was rudely told that the mechanic had worked as such for 30 years and he knew what he was talking about. I expressed that I have had ears for 33 years, and it doesn't take a mechanic to identify the source of a noise, and I was hung up on.I went back in person to be told by reception that the person I had last spoken too was the MANAGING DIRECTOR!! Conveniently not on site when i got there. No wonder customers views are disregarding when this is how someone in charge of a business speaks to customers!We issues a complaint to our insurance company who spoke with the mechanics and said they would pay for replacement of the barring at the back (effected area). The company was very dismissive and said 'we will change it but it won't fix the problem'... fast forward 3 weeks later (obviously now didn't care about us) job done, barring in the back area where the accent took place had the barring changed and oh... guess what? Problem solved.We went back 5 TIMES.... no apologies, no fuel, no nothing except attitude and dismissiveness.Perhaps after 30 years the mechanic needs his ears checked, or maybe the company isn't actually Road testing cars, or maybe the director just sucks at his job. End of the day, we were right, company was wrong, job was done to a great standing (on 5th attempt), but the service was utterly terrible!

Took my bmw in on Monday for spray work. Im really pleased to say it’s fantastic job what they done i would give them 1000% recommendation to other’s they make sure the job is well done and they have good work guys glad you sorted my car out. Amazing staff to speak to
