The security seriously needs to realise everyone is there for a good time, not to be bossed around and intimidated. I handy had a drink while in I was in the queue, I saw how the others were being treated, it’s pathetic. I’m out every weekend and the usual in nice places is a chat.. thank you etc and off you go.. not be treated like animals or as if they’re doing us a favour.

4 of us came here for a birthday celebration. We bought the premier tickets which included a 5 course meal and a glass of fizz. We were greeted at the red carpet entrance outside and shown to our booth which was private whilst having an excellent view of the stage. Following someone impossibly glam through a glittering venue filled with people in their finery is quite an experience!We watched the cabaret based on West Side Story, while a little tenuously connected to the plot of Romeo and Juliet, it is tremendous fun. We enjoyed both sexy and jaw dropping acrobatics/ magic and all the good stuff for a cabaret. For an evening I thought it was both a great way to spend time together and great value. The table service is with wait staff in quite eye catching outfits; contributing to the overall ambiance it really helps get in the swing of things.Zanier and Myron supplied us with quite a few cocktails - which slipped down with quite a bit of glee on the part of the recipients…A great evening, give it a go!

Hello,We are sending you this message in an attempt to amicably solve a problem that occuref as a result of our event that took place at your location on August 18. I will describe the situation to you in the following. Through the representatives of Pernod Ricard, I contacted the managers of the Proud Embankment to organize an event in that location. I established all the details by phone with Ola Prystraska, as following: we are required to spend a minimum of 10,000 £, the event schedule will be between 11:00 PM and 05:00 AM, we will collect the money related to the access tickets and we will also ensure access to the event. Although we requested a contract, it was repeatedly postponed, without being made available to us even on the evening of the event, before entering the venue. On the evening of the event, 220 tickets were listed as sold on your online platform, representing a total of £7,247.58. After much insistence, Ola sent us the closing of the event and the total ticket proceeds: PDQ1 £1,690, cash £720, total £2410, clock room PDQ £87. In the end, there is a total of £9,744.58 that belongs to us. I sent the tax invoice to your company: The Strand Photography Gallery LTD on September 7th and nothing has happened since. Then, asking why the payment was not made, we were told that the invoice had to be made in pounds, we redid it, with the amount expressed in pounds, and sent it on September 12. After this time, for a week we were told nothing and nothing happened, again. I contacted Handrit, your manager, and he said he would check. He then came back and told us that the amount on the invoice was not correct and that Ola had made a mistake by sending us the details from another event and the correct amounts would be £7,070 online and £280 on entry, needing let's redo the invoice. This situation was exposed to us after we were initially sent a print screen in which the amounts were clearly visible, these being the ones communicated the first time. However, I redid the invoice with the data communicated by Handrit and sent it to him. For about 10 days, we have not been able to communicate with any of the representatives of your location because no messages or calls are answered. Please help us solve this problem as soon as possible, otherwise we will have to turn to the Council for a legal solution.Thank you and I am waiting for your response!Marius

We forced all this 2 hours to stand in the frost -2 and did not bother to bring heaters. The crowd froze, which is very bad for your health. In addition, I paid 40 pounds to go to the 21 savage concert, but he didn't even show up, everyone was waiting for him, they bought a ticket and the crowd of people is scary, and there was just boredom, just for the move, you come in and you want to go out. Came with a taxi, spent 50 pounds, went there 40 for the entrance, it was scary inside, there are a lot of people, there is no place to go, I went out and went home more than 50 pounds ,The worst concert experience of my life!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this club. I purchased tickets in advance for an event, looking forward to a great night out. However, when we arrived at the club, we was denied entry because they claimed it was already full.What's even more frustrating is that I've tried contacting the club multiple times to request a refund, but I haven't received any response. It's beyond frustrating to pay for an event and then not be able to attend, and the complete lack of customer service in addressing this issue only adds to the frustration.I would strongly advise anyone considering attending an event at this club to think twice, as the lack of accountability and communication from the management is extremely disappointing. It's a shame that what could have been an enjoyable night turned into a complete letdown and a waste of money.

As I was going through the metal detector, I had to take out my wallet, which was immediately stolen by another guest in front of a bunch of security guards. Absolutely ridiculous.

AVOID!!! They are scammers. They organised an after party event for 50 cent where they were charging £30 per ticket. They cancelled the event last minute on the day the of the event and rescheduled to a different date only to cancel that date too last minute. They do not email you about the cancellation or anything or even offer you the chance to get your money back incase you can’t make the new date.Tried contacting them via their website, email, phone, etc. to get a refund for the two tickets I bought and till today I have got no response.Avoid, avoid, avoid. They are crooks!

Went for a Motown Supper Immersive event here. The venue is really cool, low lighting & neon lights on feature chairs. The seating is on the ground floor as well as the mezzanine. Good views of the stage where the band played & the compere was positioned. Great music & food.

I had to stand outside to be told that we could only go in with high heels but there was no dress code on the invitation itself or anything. Apparently it was supposed to be a 21 Savage afterparty but he himself had posted a different club. It was cold, we couldn't get in even though we had the tickets and had to wait outside for a very long time.

It's a scam! Please be aware!We've booked 3 tickets for the Saturday morning show on 3d September 2023 only to discover on the spot that around 30 or more people like us waited for the doors to be opened for 1 hour and realised that it's a scam and there would not be any show.People were standing for one hour outside with the tickets in your hands, a lot of hustle to get to London on the strike day across the UK railways and no one even sent us an email, text messages etc. about canceling the show.The official email and phone didn't work, no information about the canceled show.People wasted their Sunday morning waiting at the doors and no apologies from the company!It's a scam!I sent the complaint about Proud to the Trading Standards. Let's see if they can get a grip on that scammer.Please avoid this! There is the whole Covent Garden and Soho just next door.
