I think the cost of keys cut which are sharp and poor quality are bad for such an established business at £7 each for a 30 second key cut. Nice man working there though. Although it does not make up for the price. I will be going elsewhere from now on

Terrible. Went twice to get the same key cut. Both cuts of the key didn't work. Waste of time and money

Wasted half an hour from 9am waiting for store to open. No show... incredibly annoying but hope nothing serious for whoever was supposed to open business today.

The member of staff wasn’t sure if he could mend my shoe so glued it and didn’t charge me. He was so helpful and , I bought keys and other things from him!

Damaged 2 of my new key blades. Said they'd be in touch to resolve haven't bothered and customer support doesn't respond to emails. Avoid and take it elsewhere to the professionals.

Used this shop for different things, especially battery replacement for watches, they quote 2 prices usually, first price is 1 year guarantee, then second price, which is usually only a couple of quid more is lifetime guarantee, it's a no brainer.Service is second to none, very polite and knowledgeable.

My watch had stopped and i thought it needed a new battery. It turned out the battery was fine and it just needed a bit of a clean. The man fixed it for free. He was very helpful and i will certainly go back.
