I didn't have to worry about transportation during the repair period.The team at LVS Coach was highly professional and respectful of my time. Having chosen this company after an insurance claim for my Model 3, I have to say it was the smoothest experience. Where other Tesla Approved Body shops were saying 1 month waiting time. LVS did it in 3 days. I was kept updated on all stages. Starting from drop off to pickup. The work was excellent. The whole staff was very kind. I spoke mainly with Dan and he has been excellent help.Highly recommend this place

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I went through insurance on my Tesla Y and from start to finish hassle free service by LVS team! I was very nervous in the start as insurance was playing games but the team finished the job way before expected and top notch service. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service. I came here as it's an approved Tesla Body Shop and the customer service has been amazing - shout out to Anthony for guiding me through the process and for dealing with any concern I had. The bumper was blended nicely and the panel gaps were also rectified after I pointed them out. LVS also handled picking up and dropping off my car. Highly recommended!

All the liars and distant people work there. If you don't believe me, take your cars there and you will see how they cheat you. If they say it's a stone, don't believe them.The precision insurance car company, they're one of the most dodgy car insurance car repair in UK.DO NOT MAKE ANY DEAL WITH THEM.Never take my cars there anymore!!!

I recently had an excellent experience with LVS Coachworks that I feel compelled to share. After an unfortunate car incident left my Tesla alloys badly curbed, I was in a bit of a predicament. Despite it being bank holiday Monday, I decided to take a chance and call LVS. To my surprise, Anthony answered promptly and was able to book me in for an appointment.The service I received was beyond my expectations. Everything was done promptly, and to my astonishment, my alloys were fixed in just one day. This level of service is rare, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
