Like another customer below, I was also abruptly told that they are not taking new clients and the call ended. This may be so but there is a polite way to talk to people.

Not open everyday to get appointment owner not very helpful atall

Peter is one of the best around without a doubt. We've used several groomers but have stuck with Peter for our Bichon and Toy Poodle for the last 2 years simply because the quality is unbeatable. The awards and photo's in the waiting room speak for themselves. Highly recommended if you are able to get a space in his busy schedule.

I called up enquiring as a new client and was rather rudely told that they were no longer taking on new clients as they couldn't keep up with their current list and then abruptly HUNG UP!Well Peter if you read this I hope you manage to hold on to your current clients as with such an attitude/lack of customer service you will struggle to gain new ones unfortunately....avoid this dog groomers at all costs.

I highly recommend bringing your pet to Peter's Posh Pets! I have a Ragdoll cat that was never groomed professionally before and I was very concerned about taking him anywhere, but Peter and Trevor were the best!My cat was absolutely fine, calm and relaxed when I went to pick him up and had a beautiful new haircut!Peter and Trevor are the sweetest, very friendly and professional with years of background experience! Will definitely come back.The location is also great!

Peter is a brilliant groomer - whilst waiting for my two maine coons to be groomed he also deftly groomed 3 different dogs - all came out gorgeous. I was quite impressed as to how he calmly, gently, spoke to my boy and girl, particularly since Maine Coons are extremely big, strong, and, in their case, had never been groomed professionally before. It does have to be said that this is mainly a dog grooming environment (I noticed only one picture of a cat, and that had two dogs with it). If you are not thrilled at seeing a lot of dog hair on the floor, or dealing with someone who is extremely shy (to the point of sounding gruff to humans), then this is not the place for you or your pets. If you want your beautiful creatures to have great care by someone who knows precisely what he is doing, then go for it.

Peter is amazing. My boy rules in other groomers he has been to, but Peter stands for no nonsense from him, and boy is as good as gold and comes out looking gorgeous. Peter is my number 1, and I won't take my little man anywhere else now. Thanks, Peter.

I've been taking my shihtzu dog izo to Peter's posh pets for 4 years and I can say that he's one of the service providers I'll miss the most in London. He's always so welcoming and greets with big smile on his face and the results of his work are fantstic . I love the haircuts he has given izo and I love the fact that izo was always so happy to go to peter. Peter is fully booked but if you are consistence and don't give up he might be able to find you an appointment. Highly recommended. And thank you Peter for amazing grooming for my dog over the last four years
