My experience with Jamie at McDonald's was a customer service disaster. From a lack of basic manners to denying sauce shortages, it was a disappointing visit. Urgent improvements in staff training and service quality are needed.

Maybe it was just when I visited but there were lots of people queuing, drive through really busy. The staff service was not great, they had no enthusiasm to serve quickly.

Quite good. Got 3 chicken selects and medium fries with a drink of Fanta. The best thing was that the sauces were free! They usually aren’t free around my local area, so I was surprised.

Ordered multiple times off Deliveroo and cannot recommend the experience.The food is fine, no problems until half of our meals didn't turn up twice. Don't add extra items to your order that aren't meal deal items that come with a drink and fries, they won't be in the bag when it arrives. Oh and forget sauces.Deliveroo delivered our last order almost 2 hours late (1hr50), the food was cold, and missing an entire burger and wrap. They gave us 10% compensation for the missing items and said it's not their fault its cold or late. I realise the majority of these criticisms spur from Deliveroo, not McDonalds, however there is no other option. (If there is I'd love to know) Haven't had a deliveroo since, haven't had a McDonalds since.Also, missing items is not the fault of the driver, they were either in the bag or they weren't.A big shame because the food is normally great, but with eating in McDonalds being an experience I wouldn't wish my greatest enemy, and such a poor delivery service as this, avoid.

We've been to this particular McDonald's several times and it's always busy. It's a relatively small branch with a small car park but the service is always great, friendly and fast. Just feels like the whole site is too small for how popular it is.

Food was as expected, quick easy food on the go. Service was slow, staff seemed to be working in chaos, clearing orders from the screens before they'd appeared on the counter, possibly trying to fool the system and keep up.But would still go back and dine again.

Not happy about the 'large' fries I got which contained a portion of medium fries!! On top of that most of the fries were scrappy short bits. I should have taken them back but couldn't be bothered pushing in to the front of the queues.

Beautiful place. Stunning views. However I have seen just as stunning views and beautiful waterfalls without having to pay to walk.

The best McDonald's around,food was hot a fresh the server polite and attentive. BUT big shout out to the guy at around 2 pm who was cleaning he deserves a award. Without asking he bought our dogs lovely fresh water in a clean bowl. Never had that sort of service for them in the past.

Slow as f.Constantly never have a working frappe machine or ice cream.The food is slapped together with no love. No such thing as fast food as its always can you wait in the car park.They need to improve quality and service. Maybe if they hired spongebob this place would thrive
