£9 for a wash where parts of your car are dirtier than before and indicators are ripped off. Waiting for it to rain and throwing some rocks at your car would have a similar effect

Chose the wash and dry service. They got busy and transferred me to a wash and go service. I.e. you are done and we want payment with my car soaking wet. They just walked off and left with loads of areas not very clean. I was in a hurry or would have made a fuss.

They have a system of 3 pricing scales. Car, SUV & vans.I have a Citroen Berlingo that is clearly a 5 seat car/SUV.I was not informed before my CAR was washed that they were going to rip me off and insist on me paying the van price.I would hazard a guess that this was done because I was a woman on her own and disabled. (Some car washes even give a discount to the disabled). I will NEVER go here again and would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.I have also noticed that the 'owners' never respond to a negative review.

Prices for a standard wash have gone from £7 to £10, yes I understand that inflation is a thing , but the quality of wash has gone from a 7/10 to a 3/10.I visited on a day when there was no queue and had 4 guys cleaning the car.Smear marks everywhere, on every single panel. And they haven’t even washed half the dirt of the back of my rear bumper. Got home to realise they didn’t put any tire sheen on my tyres either!They went to charge me before cleaning the around the doors as well.Attention to detail has definitely gone and I won’t be making my usual weekly trip here anymore.I got home feeling a little ripped off!

I’ve used these guys a few times, not been too bad. Just got another wash from them, only offered a £10 wash as no staff to hoover out, for that £10 I got a shoddy wash, no chamois, no door shuts done. Not going there again, guys at Morrisons do a much better job!!

Absolutely shocking just got back from getting my car cleaned earlier and now the paint is scratched all over. Gonna have to be polished

For a tenner you get a pretty thorough multiple step multi people car wash. No room for complaining. Decent basic wash or you can go for the full service. The owners are also paying the guys more I think which is good. As they were done for in the past for underpaying labour.

Very poor job on my van, I was the only one there so no pressure and they did an awful job of the interior, waste of money,

Nice car route system for vehicles moving through. Good job and service received. Cleared all the flies from the grill too. Impressive, thanks… Good location just off the motorway and close to the business parks. Cash or card accepted. Clean and tidy area. Could do with some cold drinks to purchase from the shop.
