Very happy with my purchase and the professionalism of the team. I experienced a little delay getting a second key for my car due to some logistics issues, but it's minor and doesn't affect the overall score. I recommend their services and will come back there in the future.

Not impressed with the after care at all. Not had the car a year. Bumper dropped on one side. Took a month to get it booked in. They had it for the day. And it come back to me worse than when I took it in. They said they couldn't work out how to fix it so they cut a chunk of the bumper out and some random screw in it (bumper sill dropped) Was told they were contacting a body specialist to get it booked in with them. A month later not heard from them so went in to the shop. Took all my detail down AGAIN and told someone will be in contact soon... months later still not heard back from them... I would not recommend this company at all.

Sent an online enquiry through to the aftersales department, received a reply from one of the transaction managers there, advising the aftersales department would be in touch. 3 days later, no reply, emailed and this was ignored. I then sent another email, advising of my disappointment, to be told I needed to call the aftersales department. Why couldn't someone have got back in touch, instead of me having the try and get in touch 3 times?

Having a major service and investigate faults is stressful affair, but Marshall Peugeot Ashford did a great job. Brad was communicative, walked me through the issues and the repair options, and even took pictures in the garage to show me exactly what the problems where. Price was fair given the amount of work and took into account our previous interactions with Marshall. Definitely would use again!

Fantastic experience from start to Finnish professional and friendly , turned up looking around fort court for a potential car as minewas written of by a badger incident and needed to sort new car out start fresh my old car was a peugeot so I new I wanted to keep the same brand, , I was greeted by the lovley Tracy I exsplained to her what sort car I was after and my needs and budget , I was very lucky they had a car that I was after coming in following week so I booked a test drive and fell in love with it straight away , then that was it i went with the car , from start of process to end everyone in shop was friendly and helpfull, couldn't thank Tracy enought for making it a stress free experience and for a quick sale getting everythink in order and getting me back on the road again and keepted me informed every step of the way . Defo recommend

We called in first thing on a Friday morning having had an engine management light come on while overnight travelling. Despite having no appointment and being on a road trip, the staff wasted no time analysing the fault and helping us prepare an action plan to carry out the repairs, fitting in with our trip. The staff exemplified what is meant by customer service, they were friendly and courteous, and above all, extremely helpful.

I have just purchased a new car at this car sales place. Staff are so friendly and polite. Greeted as you walk in by a helpful woman at the desk with a smile and good morning too. Place is spotless for cleanliness. Offered different drinks which was nice. Felt like there was nothing that they will not do for the customer. Jordan who sold me the car was smart in his apperance and explained everything to me and made sure I was happy with my decision. I would highly recommended this car showroom for Peugeot anytime. I will be going back here next time again

Had a great experience dealing with Tracy at Peugeot! Really happy with my new car. Tracy was always there if I had any concerns/questions and made sure to sort out anything that needed doing!

I have bought my last 3 cars from Marshall, 2 brand new and have been aloyal customer. This however made ZERO difference when I called on Monday for some help. I appreciate you are busy but when your car isn’t driveable because of a known fault with the make & model that you haven’t been informed of & you are stressed to the max a bit of empathy & understanding wouldn’t go a miss! Yes my car is out if warranty but you can still at least try and be courteous on the phone. Being told you can’t look at my car for at least a month and it’s not your problem really didn’t help. Understand you are busy but you can say this in a different way. Needless to say I was offered no help and now have been left with an expensive problem.I can 100% guarantee I will never buy a car from you again! I bought all my cars from Ashford, Kent. I did however speak to I believe the main switchboard/office. Terrible service.I would also like to add that I had an appointment 3 weeks ago to look at buying a new car and on arrival they knew nothing about my appointment. This was very disappointing as I’d booked the day off work and the appointment was a waste of time. The person I’d made the appointment with had suddenly left. I have bought 3 cars from here and never been served by the same person twice! High turnover of staff. AVOID
