Three

I have been in today to get an upgrade on my contract. I was served by Luke who went above and beyond getting me the phone I wanted with lots of extras. Both Luke and Adam were both extremely helpful with any questions I had about the phone and with details of the contract. After sorting my new contract they also helped with a sim only deal for my partners son who is thrilled. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a good deal on a phone or for any queries to pop in and see any of the amazing staff at this three branch. I can honestly say they were super helpful and very friendly to talk too.

Luke has been very helpful and professional. He was patient when explaining options and also dealing with the problem I had with the software. He is very knowledgeable with the 3 network . The whole staff have been great and pleasant.

I am writing to commend that you put this person forward for employee of the year!His name was Luke and I had the pleasure of meeting him on 7th of April.Luke was very knowledgeable about Three’s products and also helped me with transfer of my data between my phones.He also suggested a plan that would be more beneficial for me and explained the reasons why so kept me as a Three customer.I spoke to Luke about not being able to get onto your website for a long while via my phone and he even managed to sort that out!He was fantastic , lovely personality, patient, put me at total ease and was happy to go over things again that I didn’t understand and a whizz at multi-tasking.Please pass on my comments to his manager that Luke is a customer facing treasure!

Popped in today for a bit of advice. Ended up leaving with a new cheaper deal and a great router that is much faster than my previous one. Well done Three! And best of all was the service received from Luke. A very friendly and knowledgeable young man. He made the whole process so easy. Well done. And i'll be back when my mobile contract is due to change. Excellent! And please pass on my thanks to Luke.

Extremely Dissappointed with the attitude of the staff today almost to the point of being called a liar saying that he doesn't think there's a problem with my phone when there is a known issue with the model of phone. The advisor Adam from Telford store rudely came over and iterupted mine and lukes conversation ( luke was my advisor dealing with everything) Adam says abruptly let look at your phone! Not can I look at your phone! I asked why and explained its ok at this moment in time and unless he had my phone 247 he wouldn't see what the problem was. Luke who served me last time I came in with issues with the phone was brilliant but then after speaking with Adam luke then became unhelpful I think non of this behaviour would of happened if the manager was in but I have assured them I will be putting in a complaint and returning to see the manager . Customer service is important with working in customer service myself I know this and today they have not treated me fairly at all! From a rating 10 just the other day down to a zero for this matter! That's how unfairly I was treated today!

Went with husband to get his phone upgraded. Staff member Demi was very helpful. Explained everything fairly well. Catered to what my husbands choices. Got him a good deal, new phone & tablet with loads more data etc for far less than hes paying for just a phone now.

Bought my dad a 5g WiFi box as he has no landlineService was great and friendly.
