CB1 Plumbing and Heating

We had a leaky valve which Matt expertly diagnosed over FaceTime. The new part was ordered and fitted promptly, and when more problems revealed themselves he went out of his way to retrieve to fit extra parts (a new expansion tank and a heating hose) on the same day.Matt is very personable and we will definitely be using CB1 for future plumbing and heating jobs.

Matt and the team at CB1 have done a fantastic job for us. We have a large house with a super complicated system with under floor heating. We have had a number of problems to investigate and resolve and they have been amazing at figuring out what is going wrong, suggesting alternative solutions and quickly resolving issues. I always feel that they are absolutely honest and genuinely give good advice. They also work really well together and are all a delight to have in the house.

Matt and his team moved our boiler from our kitchen into our loft and installed our washing machine in our bathroom. Right from the beginning he was super responsive, really helpful and also just really nice. It required quite a bit of pipework being rerouted and they did a great job at finding the neatest way to get it sorted. The biggest task by far was fitting a washing machine into a tiny cupboard in our bathroom... they found a way somehow! They're prices are affordable and I would 100% recommend them as they know what they're doing and will get back to you if you have any questions along the way. Only thing is that they're busy and have a long lead time - but that shows you that they're good! We've already booked them for another job which says it all really.

Fantastic service provided. Matt and his team are first class, they spent time finding out exactly what the problem was on my oil boiler and fixed it effectively. Despite it being such a busy period for them they were able to fit me in quickly. Couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you.

Matt came to give us a quote and was very helpful and good at explaining the process of the way the work would be carried out.He was very quick at replying to emails when we had extra questions. Nick the plumber who came to carry out the work was very professional and easy to talk to and was a very clean worker leaving no mess behind at all. My 98 year old father had commented on how comfortable he felt having People who would take the time to talk and explain things to him in the house. We will definitely use them again and absolutely recommend their services.

We have used CB1 Property Services for a number of years and would not hesitate to recommend them. It is not surprising that they have branched out into Plumbing and Heating: the quality of their work is exemplary, they develop very good relationship with their customer and will always try to please. Most recently, we had some plumbing and tiling done and could not be happier with the result. It looks beautiful!

Great service from Matt, Rob and Lewis. I contacted Matt about a minor leak last week and asked if he could attend this morning first thing. He responded quickly with a confirmed time. The leak became more severe yesterday evening so I emailed Matt to let him know. He responded quickly (on a Bank Holiday!) and reassured me we would make a plan and sort it. He attended on time this morning with Rob and Lewis and worked efficiently with the building operations manager to quickly find the source of the leak and get a repair done in under 3 hours.Matt was extremely polite, professional and considerate. He kept me updated whilst onsite and gave me warning before making any kind of noise. For a job that could've been messy, I had 0 disruptions.I'm very happy with the service received and advice given, will use CB1 Plumbing and Heating again in the future and 100% recommend to others!
