Fantastic experience from start to finish! Top quality homes matched with exceptional customer service. After care is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our first house purchase and couldn’t have been better. We have been in for a year and still love the house and where we live. We were the first on site and in amongst the building work with a young baby. The house is entirely sound proof and the builders were not disruptive at all. Highly recommend this house builder.

We have now lived in a Pentland home for just over 3 years. We love our home and have been impressed with the service provided by Pentland.We were expecting teething problems due to it being a new build home on a new build development and feel that Pentland staff have always been open, efficient and speedy in their response to resolve the few issues that did crop up.The added extras we have enjoyed have been brilliant and we would recommend a Pentland home to others. We would love to, one day, move into a three bed Pentland build as they have fostered a lovely community for us to live in, which I do not hear that other organisations do.

We moved into a new build home from Pentland seven months ago now. I would personally like to thank Emma for making the whole experience easy and stress free. The finish of Berkeley is as I thought second to none. That was until I walked into my new home. Your specification and attention to detail is faultless and I congratulate you for your standard and vision which is hard to find with any of the New Home Developers.If we do move again over the coming years Pentland Homes will be our First point of call.Thank you Pentland.

I would like to thank Nicola for her patience and understanding when showing us around the show home and around the plot we were interested in. Very professional and extremely helpful. Although we decided on a bungalow as a better option for my 83 year old mum, the houses have a lovely lay out, are beautifully decorated and would make wonderful homes!
