I have worked for Teach during the last 5 years and I have loved the placements they have found me. They have listened to my strengths and preferences and found me great places to work matching these. I feel supported and that they have my back during a placement. Even though I haven’t had to very much, I know they are there to call on if I need support. I have enjoyed working with colleagues employed by Teach too; we have made a good team. A very efficient enrolling and payment system.

I did supply with Teach for over a year. They are professional, organised and - most importantly - always have suitable work available. They even got me work during the holidays when schools in one county were closed but schools in another county were opened. Most of the time I did not have to travel far from home. They responded quickly when I had any questions and always communicated politely and respectfully. The paperwork was a lot easier than other agencies. They also made me feel part of their team by sending out lanyards and stationary with their logo on it. Supply teaching can be stressful but you do not have to worry about the admin side when Teach is behind your back.
