Specsavers Opticians - St Stephens (Norwich)

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Chris, who took his time to show me the different glasses. He was very helpful and friendly.

I have been here with my 17 year old son quite a lot over the past couple of months. Everyone is professional however 3 staff members really stood out and were a pleasure to deal with . Christopher who really understood what we needed and advised perfectly about glasses with a real personal friendly touch .Also Haley from the contact lenses department was so patient and friendly a real asset to specsavers. The other lady whose name I didn’t get (sorry) who had a Scottish accent was also very experienced , professional and friendly.Thankyou to all 3 who have left myself and son feeling more than happy with our experience at st Steven street Norwich

Fantastic experience at this branch. I've used Specsavers for years with mostly positive experiences, but this branch is particularly brilliant. Dispenser Bob and Manager Matt were both professional, positive and extremely helpful & accommodating. Any issues were sorted quickly and communication was maintained throughout the process. Very happy customer!

Had my eyes checked there with my son,all the staff were awesome,professional and friendly. Got assisted by Gemma to help myself and my son choose some nice frames.we are pleased with the service and will recommend specsavers.

Bought my glasses here few weeks agousing prescription from another company. No issues. I've been served by a lovely lady (can't remember the name sorry! dark ginger hair? :)). She was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. I had a small problem with my glasses for a week, couldn't get used to it and after a quick call I was given the next appointment with someone who helped me very much. The glasses felt much more comfortable afterwards and I had no issues or whatsoever with them anymore. The quality is good and price reasonable.I only give 4 stars as I think the rest of the staff should show more initiative.

Fantastic customer service and shop floor management. However, I am dissatisfied with what was made for me. It makes it worse.

l could not have been more impressed with the staff and service. It is a totally different experience to the branch in white lion st. The white lion st branch is mayhem everything is rushed and when you arrive they tell you to wait in the waiting room, which l did on 2 visits and after waiting for 45mins l walked out. The St stephens branch is much smaller and when you walk in you are seen instantly with a very warm relaxed welcome. l sat down with a lovely young lady called Kate who could not have been more helpful. No pressure at all and certainly no sales push. l always find choosing a new pair of glasses very stressful, but this experience was zero stress and l could not have been more happy with the service. When l went to collect my glasses l was seen by a chap called Chris who equally was a really nice chap and really helpful, as was the last chap who gave me the glasses. The Hugo Boss glasses are amazing and for someone that is usually highly critical, in this case l have to say thank you to the staff and could not recommend the place more. l guarantee if you visit this store you will never go back to the white lion shop.

I had my routine eye check on February 28th, the optician Preya was very polite and professional. She explained everything I needed to know. I collected my spectacles on the 9th they staff who helped me choose them were very kind. Great efficient service.
