Smart Dental Care - Ballymena Dental Centre

Had a complete dental nightmare couldn’t find a dentist anywhere , smart had me in and fixed the same day , super friendly staff super friendly dentist all round perfect service thanks again

Very nice friendly staff. But honestly everytime I visit there is a new dentist and I always seem to have to come back multiple times after with issues.

Always cancel appointments. Awful.

Have had 3 appointments booked with this practise 2 of which have been cancelled on me the day of the appointment. 1 as I was entering Ballymena and the other, late in the morning of. They were aware there may be a disruption the week before my appointment but wait until the day of to cancel. Will not be back.

Neil Tweedie simply the best I registered with Neil at another practice couple of years ago followed him to Smart dental care, I used to have a fear of the dentist not anymore I can visit Neil without getting nervous or anxious he's so nice. The team at the Smart dental practice all seem pleasant.*updated to give special recognition to Susan at Smart dental Ballymena, I was in for some treatment a couple of days ago afterwards I wasn't feeling well I was cared for very well by the team. Susan looked after me with care and empathy made sure I was comfortable and didn't leave my side made sure I was feeling better before allowing me to leave the practice. Rang me shortly afterwards to make sure I got home safe. Excellent care, thank you Susan.

Worse place to go and the staff are very rude and the behaviour is unacceptable I wouldn't visit there

As someone who is absolutely petrified of dentists, Neil and the whole team are just wonderful. I can't recommend them enough.
