I was stranded in France after all flights cancelled. Earliest flight back was to Edinburgh due to land at midnight. After getting outrageous quotes from Scottish taxi's, I phoned Argyle and they were able to save the day. Waiting for us when we landed. Back to Wirral safely. Big thanks to all who sorted and the wonderful driver Mike.

Used this taxi company today. Only waited 4 minutes if that to be picked up. No time at all! They ring when they are on the way. My ringer was not on. So they kindly sent me a message thankyou. The driver was friendly and helpful. I would recommend them.

Generally reliable but after booking a specific taxi type for a specific purpose ( I had to stop the call handler from simply cutting me off because I knew he had not listened and ensure he knew what I required) I was left in a difficult situation at night because the taxi that came was totally unsuitable. It was not the driver's fault and the company is free to say they could not help me out but it is disappointing.

Pre booked a taxi for a certain time an paid for it through the app then nothing turned up and when I’m calling the operator 2 of them hang up on me then when I finally do speak to someone all I get is where very busy!! But there good enough taking my money! Will never use again absolute shambles of a company

Awful service. Asked for a guaranteed price for a cab to Liverpool airport and wouldn't give it to me. Bloke seemed offended that I asked the question, very strange. 5.15 in the morning, no traffic and a great fare but fine if you don't want the business no worries, must be making great profits I suppose.

The worst taxi company I have ever come across. To be clear, the drivers are fantastic and very professional. The office however are rude, unprofessional and dishonest. They will be rude and abusive to you and will refuse to tell you how long a driver will be. Drivers are great, office is awful.

Disgraceful service. My wife just missed an important hospital appointment because the taxi we pre-booked didn't turn up. When we called them 5 minutes after the taxi was supposed to arrive they refused to send a car in time. I will never use them again.

Awful, ordered a wheelchair accessible taxi. I Eventually called to see where the taxi was and I was told that they cancelled it as none available. They didn't even have the courtesy to call. and let me know

DO NOT USE - taxi drivers clock was £5.60 but charged £8.10 on my card. Called to ask why and was told it was right? How is that right! Not even a mile away and that’s right? Done the journey the day before and it was £5.40, ripping people off, go with a different firm
