Holland & Barrett - Colchester

I said I didn’t want a loyalty card so was made to wait so she could give my points to another customer and had to wait whilst she signed up. It was a joke. I was punished for not signing up. Ridiculous

Been in this place many a time and hopefully for years and years to come!Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable if they can't help with an order they will find out there and then by calling other stores or by other means.The range they have on offer is vast and if they lack what your looking for 2 minutes away you'll find another holland and barrett enjoy!

Shop sells all types of alternative medicines with good quality.

I had a great Experience with Holland and barret store at Colchester, Culver walk. Jose was an absolute star. Very helpful, kind and used his creative thinking to help me with an issueI had. (Colchester, Lion walk)Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Visited a month ago and spoke to Mandy who answered all my questions and went through products with me. Which I bought and as a result, returned to buy more today. A member of Jose also served me twice as well, very friendly and approachable.

Very friendly and helpfull staff makes all the difference wish more people in customer service were like that.

This store is usually very good and staff are great and helpful but on this occasion I had a different experience.There was this indecisive customer in front of me at the till who was taking a very long time to decide which product to choose. Both a member of staff and the manager(she) were helping this difficult customer. However, after my request to pay on another till, the manager refused to open the other till to serve me and other frustrated customer behind me.I wish shops like this recognise the importance of customer service. They must provide a great service otherwise they have no business.

So impressed with the knowledge of the staff at this store, most engaging and a pleasure to shop here. Alwayys so helpful. Well done to you all.

Staff and friendly and informed me of offers that were not labelled on the shelf since they hadn't got the labels in yet! Saved some money in the penny sale, essentially buy one get one free! :)
