After selling two properties via Pegasus this year, I can’t praise them highly enough! Both sales were particularly difficult in one way or another, but Nick & Peter were so helpful, reassuring & professional throughout that it really made such a difference & saved our sanity on more than one occasion!Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them (have done so already!) & use them again in the future… Thanks guys x

We highly recommend Nick who was so professional and efficient in selling our home. After agreeing the sale he was always in regular contact with updates and reachable to discuss any questions we had. Thank you to not only Nick but also Peter, Carol and Richard at Pegasus for everything. During our recent house purchase we dealt with ALL the estate agents in and around Felpham, we found Pegasus by far the best to deal with, totally honest and professional. The ones in town were either inept or had some very dodgy practices, both were useless... If we ever decide to sell I would have no hesitation in using Nick and his team..5 star service

We have recently purchased a wonderful home from Pegasus. This year has been the craziest year to move house and they remained calm and professional through the whole process.Nick and Peter were there at the end of the phone whenever we needed them and we built a lovely rapport with them in the lead up to the move. Pegasus were our vendors agent but have been incredibly helpful towards us, more so than our own estate agent at times. Nick is very professional, thorough but also personable and was only ever a phone call away if we had questions around the process of buying and selling. As a customer with neurological differences I found it comfortable to say what was on mind to Nick and he was great at reframing situations I’d misunderstood. We would definitely consider using Pegasus if we ever sell in the future.

Tired of the poor service from big names" when selling your house? We switched from one of the chains to Pegasus and the experience could not have been any different. It was almost the exact opposite: where the chain had been constantly putting pressure on us to reduce price
