One of the best renting agencies I found so far in Birmingham! Chris and Kay communicate well and always gave me all the updates right away. They are both very understanding and I can say from my own experience, after one year and a half, that they have the renter`s best interest in mind. All the enquiries and issues I had were addressed quickly. Chris was very friendly and insightful when it came to advice.Overall, they are really helpful, nice and reliable people. They will be transparent about the flat you want to rent and will inform you on what they can do to make the stay better.

I used inciti to rent a flat. Before this I had quite a few issues with other estate agents when I was renting in the city centre. I have to say inciti were excellent overall, and there were no such problems. Any issues/ queries I had were promptly responded to. I dealt with Kay and Chris and they were both excellent.

I've had a bit of bad luck recently with a tenant requesting to leave after only 2 months. This news could have caused me a huge problem, but fortunately Chris at Inciti Lettings has dealt with it quickly and efficiently so it has caused me zero stress! Chris managed to find a brand new tenant, almost immediately, that has moved in at no additional cost to me as a landlord. Fantastic service!

Inciti are amongst the best (better than the bigger chains by far).Pros:Quick turnaround of requestsReasonable agency feesDoes a proper job (it’s not all quick fixes)Will do whats right for landlord and the tenants, which means I normally have long term happy tenanciesCons:Could probably do with another Chris at peak timesWould recommend inciti and the team, will be a sad day if I have to look for an alternative agency.
