Words cannot describe how pleasant my experience was! From the moment I reached out via insta to the delivery of my dress, everything was seamless and easy.Before reaching out to Felicity, I had already shared my vision with other designers but non were able to understand and see my vision. My consultation was immersive and Felicity took her time to explain in simple as well as explore techniques and fabrics. Unfortunately, due to covid all the wedding plans had to shift and change and instead of a large dream white wedding, we ended up simplifying to a simple registry wedding. Though I was disappointed, Felicity understood me as a valued client and helped me explore an alternative design that would suit my character and personality. So lots of communications and suggestions from Felicity, which I truly appreciated. Even during my fitting, she provided me with lots of guidance on how to style my dress with complementing accessories and the style of bouquet.In all honesty, you are not wasting anything when choosing Feliciti Greis! Best experience and decision!

The service at Felicity Greis is top class! I had absolutely no idea of what style I wanted for my wedding day and Felicity was able to work her magic from viewing me online and listening to my story. Little did I know; she was doodling away and by the time we finished the consultation, she created beautiful sketch of her vision. Due to the Covid pandemic situation, Felicity patiently, efficiently and meticulously worked under a tight timeline making contact remotely online. The feedback received on the day about the bespoke fit of the dress was overwhelming! As for my husband - let's just say he fully appreciated the fit and just kept repeating how beautiful I looked in my dress. THANK YOU SO much Felicity for your care and attention to detail. Felicity is an amazing designer!! From our first meeting, I knew Felicity was going to create something magical. Within 5 minutes of sharing my vision, a beautiful sketch of my wedding dress was created and I couldn’t have been happier! The whole process was so incredible. From picking fabrics to the many questions I had, Felicity was amazing, creative, caring and patient. Highly recommend this wonderful designer and human!
