0 stars.I would like to inform you of the terrible service I have received at your inside sainsburys branch in reading.I dropped off a shirt for my husband for our wedding last week, the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. I have now just collected is WHITE shirt and it has red fluff all over it! I took it back to the gentleman at the desk and was told there was nothing he could do and if he sent it off the company would do nothing. No apology, no anything. The metal rods have also been removed from the collar and now replaced meaning the collar now turns up. We get married in two days. Customer service both times was very dull and unhelpful, and the actual dry cleaning was pointless. My suit bag also wasn’t returned.

Went into the store and was told that they would get a key on order for me, or words to that affect. Went back a week later only to be told by someone, he doesn't usually work in this office. No key for me, wasted journey, would never bother again

Excellent service provided at this branch. I have been here to buy a new watch battery and the new battery was installed in my watch with care and efficiency. The battery was fitted into my watch very fast as well. I have also had my keys cut here as well. The key cut service was done fast and efficient. 5 stars awarded to Timpson.

The guy in the kiosk is very friendly and very helpful and goes above and beyond of what's required of him!!

Lost a star as the store didn't keep their stock in check. Thus I left with only half of my keys cut. Otherwise always friendly service
