Library Road Car Park

Not sure who is responsible but there was so much rubbish on the kerb behind where I parked. The rubbish is just about to start falling into the carpark, not a pretty sight.

Convenient location, close to the mall. However, it is a bit pricey compared to other nearby car parks. I believe the payment system is now chipless and relies on automated plate recognition cameras, so when paying at the kiosks near the entrance/exit, you just input your registration plate, pay the fee and then you're good to return to your car to leave. Another thing to keep in mind is safety - I saw a man expose himself inappropriately near the stairwell on the upper level of this car park, so please be careful. (I reported to police, but not much more could be done without more leads, unfortunately).

Showed up as reef london parking on bank statement. Reported as an unrecognised transaction to my bank!

How do this car park operate?If there is no parking space, the gate should NOT be opened and allowed more cars to enter.One time, I had been waiting for a long time within this car parking, and searching for a space, when they let more cars in, couldn't secure a space.

Car park pay and display has changed now, all you do is drive in and on your return before you drive out all you have to do is go to pay machine and enter your vehicle registration and phone number and then pay......the cameras are registration recognition so they no if you've paid or not.

Always busy. Especially at day time people don't have a place to park and needs to be waiting for leaving passengers. Annoying.

Good location for town centre

Easy and convenient to use, pay when you’re leaving, quite a small car park though.
