Thank you Dean for your amazing help when we tangled with an Amazon lorry by the M25 on Saturday. You were the complete professional, taking instant command of a situation that was threatening to get out of hand, instantly sorting out the vehicles and whisking us away to a place of safety. I have the timings and clearing our crash took you 12 minutes!That would have been more than enough, but you also took the extra time to reassure my wife (who was understandably very upset), explain what was happening at all times and then walk round our car with me to assess whether it might be drivable or not. You were professional and efficient, but also (and more importantly) caring and compassionate. The circumstances were not ideal, but I'm very glad you came to rescue us!

James was the most helpful, kind and lovely man! Our car broke down and he quickly got us to safety keeping us calm, cracking jokes. Couldn’t have asked for a better service Thankyou so much James!

Broken down for the first time in the middle of the A3. Dean arrived and the first thing he did was make sure I was okay and safe. He then explained to me what he was going to do, what I needed to do and guided me through the process. I am so thankful Dean was as helpful and lovely as he was as I had no idea what I was doing!! Really grateful to him for his service - especially dropping my car off at the back of a services and then driving me to the entrance so I didn't get wet in the rain!!

Couldn't respect matt and James anymore for the efforts they put in today, quick recovery in rush hour traffic to get me to a safe place and even went the extra mile to get a o ring from there nec depo for my fuel pump to get me on my way as it had a split. 100% recommend!

After a large piece of debris hit the side of my car on the motorway and popped my tyre, i was stranded in the side of the motorway (2.5 hours away from home) with my two young children. Nav was literally my hero that night! He firstly tried to change my tyre but we didn’t have the tools for this to happen. He then towed us half an hour to our hotel (by which time it was midnight!) he then helped me to take my bags and my children into the hotel. I am eternally thankful for Nav and the way he helped us that evening. He was calming, friendly and went above and beyond in myOpinion.

Brian at K2 was amazing. Arrived very quickly and was super professional and reassuring - which really helped since we were stuck with a blown tyre right on the side of motorway, with no hard shoulder due to roadworks. He took us and the car to a service station, and then went the extra mile by helping put on the spare wheel. Turned what could have been a complete nightmare into a short delay. Picked up by Ross on the M42 when I broke down during roadworks. Lovely bloke, helpful and friendly. Arrived quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. Can't fault him.

Matt and Rick were great in getting me to a safe place when the ball joint on my classic mini worked loose. So friendly and caring. Made me feel at ease and took care of my mini. Really good at their job. I was moved in no time and with no damage done. Not an easy task as you can see. All the best guys and thanks again.

Broke down on M5 just north of Bristol. Quick free recovery via highways agency and Green Flag to a place of safety as we were in a roadworks area. Great guy and a great service .

After breakdown on m25 a lovely team of firefighters came along and closed two lanes. Then comes the recovery truck K2 with a guy named Dean. What can we say this guy is a top man rescued us to a place of safety. In between that time we found out it was only a fuse which had blown for the gearbox.Dean made sure I got to a petrol station got the fuse which u out in and we was all set to go! Dean took such care knowing what car it is he made sure no scratches no damage was caused whilst transporting it. Such a top man so caring.thank you so much Dean for rescue we even got to go to the polo match where we was heading too before the breakdown topman.
