Let me wait for 30 min then the guy said , oh i am sorry i can't do it we are packed for 3 months.Are you kidding me , first of all tell that to a person at first place act like busiest person in the whole world, i would never recommend Evan yo anyone. What customer support is so bad

Cannot recommend these guys enough for a service! I was recently given an old second hand bike that was in need of a bit of love to get it running smoothly again and the guys here were all so helpful. They were great at explaining what they were/weren't able to do given how old the bike was, and they got the bike running much smoother again literally the same day. Excellent service!

Thanks for your help with my Rose Xeon bike today. It was very kind of you to do some quick checks with the bike outside of your busy workshop schedule.The shop has a good selection of bikes, parts and accessories and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to pop in to evans cycles in Cardiff if you are looking for a new bike or want to fix or upgrade your existing one.

Went into the shop over the weekend as I was having trouble with the gears on my bike. Pete the mechanic took time off what he was doing to help me out. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service all round

Highest praise to Pete who despite having a full day ahead of him took the time to prep our bikes for our return to Canada. His kindness and patience was much appreciated as the stress for us to get the prep work done was praying on us. He went above and beyond and treated us with openness and friendship that is not found in todays busy world. Brought my second hand bought bike in the week ago and was told to come in the week after to gurantee getting it done on the day.Pete rebend part of the rear derailleur which was causing problems with gear shifting, chain service and also straigtenend the handle bar all free of charge and gave some good advice on top as well. Excellent experience and overall really competent and friendly customer service, can only recommend for all fellow students getting a bike that needs some general overhaul and advice.

I called Evans Cycles, Cardiff, on the phone and spoke to Pete about a repair on my gear cable, and he could not have been more accommodating or helpful! Even though he was busy, he fit me in and repaired my bike straight away, because he knew I needed it for my commute to work.The bike feels like new and I can't thank Pete enough for his help, which was sorely needed! This is exactly why I always go to Evans whenever I need any repairs! Thank you Pete you're a lifesaver!!

Went in to get my brakes reattached, they gave me some mountain bolts and attached free of charge. Friendly and willing to help. Then they advised looking at my rear brakes and gave advice, in the end they had to replace my caliper and bleed out my hydraulics twice, all at a very reasonable cost, explaining everything as they went and going out of their way to help. Pete was great and gave an absolutely brilliant service. Would recommend to anyone who needs their bike fixing.
