Driftworks

Terrible, wouldn't use again. Paid extra for express delivery of alloy wheels as current wheels on car are cracked; arrived late (although looking at other reviews could of been much worse) had tires fitted and went to fit the wheels to discover they'd sent the incorrect wheel bolts and questioned if id ordered the correct ones. Replacements wouldve taken too long so had them refunded.Customer service woman lovely though

How can I sum up the company and the people that work there, blooming brilliant from start to finish!I run a 1,000 bhp Supra and am competing in a few drag events this year. I wanted a spare set of rear wheels, similar style to my genuine CCWs, that will run by Hoosier Drag Radials and clear U.K. brakes with full adjustment. Chris and Alex provided all the expert advice needed and I’m super impressed with the JR10 wheels (attached). They also recommended a set of adjustable rear traction rods for Drag adjustment so I purchased a pair of these and again, great advice, communication and delivery.I’ll be using Driftworks for more stuff in the future, super impressed and thank you all. I’ll let you know how I can on at the strip!ThanksGreg

Poor products failing multiple times and no interest to resolve issues. Poor customer service, felt like I was more of a problem than a customer. Will not buy from driftworks again.

I bought a set of rota grids from here, I found one that had damage to one of the spokes and read the reviews. I was dreading telling them as I’d seen the reviews saying it’s a nightmare to get sorted. I emailed and got a response quickly asking for pictures. I rang a few times for updates and they were moving on with my case every time. It took around 2 weeks to get resolved just because it was back and forth between driftworks and Rota but I can’t really fault them. I received a partial refund towards the refurb which is what I wanted and so they worked to get me one. Thanks Alex and Rich for the help.

Ordered a set of Tein street advanced Z coilovers for my mazda using their website. They replied back with any queries quickly and even helped me to understand spring rates. Will definitely be ordering more from these guys. Keep it up.

Ordered some tyres which were to be delivered direct from supplier. Something went wrong at supplier end and no tyres when expected. When I spoke to Driftworks they dealt with it within minutes and the tyres were delivered first thing next morning. Very happy with the customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered a set of wheel bolts, arrived faster than expected with a nice little packet of Haribo too, excellent products at great prices will be ordering more bits soon

I'm very pleased with how they've handled things so far.I had a lot of questions regarding Equip3 wheels for under my AW11. They took the time to figure out which wheels would fit, what would be the mesurements I should order and what I would have to adjust on the car. They also went and found an example wheel to send me pics of the backside of the wheel.They were always friendly and seemed happy to help.

Great website, but there's no point in driving there as there's no showroom. I made that mistake. Was told I had to order my parts off the website if I wanted delivery to my home address. Although the guy on the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable.
