Porthcawl microsuction ear wax removal

Really good experience. I often get my ears blocked with wax due to loud noises at work and playing drums in my spare time. Such a relive to find someone that does micro-suction wax removal as it's much safer for the ear drums that the classic syringe. Very much recommended. Thanks Kay!

Travelled from Bristol as no one in my area could unblock my ears at short notice. Went in with a badly blocked left ear to the point I couldn't hear out of it. The lady who carried out the cleaning clearly explained the process and precautions very clearly. Ended up having to irrigate my ears rather than microsuction and explained the reason why. Process was quick and painless with information given on how to prevent and care for them in the future. I left hearing clearer than I have for a long time. I was also booked on at very short notice and wouldn't hesitate to use again and would highly recommend to others. Fantastic service for a decent price, a1 service and 5 stars from me. Been having trouble with wax build up for sometime. When I spoke to Kay she fitted me in quickly for a visit. She was very helpful and explained everything clearly.After unblocking one ear she explained that the other would need to be softened for a few more days and she reassured me that with another session in a few days that it shouldn't be a problem. Been suffering with Wax build up in both my ears for some time and struggling to get it resolved. Kay was recommended to me and I called her yesterday, I was amazed she could fit me in today. Very easy location to attend and find with lots of free parking.On arrival Kay was waiting for me and after a consultation and a bit of form filling Kay was straight into it. 10 minutes later all Wax removed and hearing better than it has been for many years. Highly recommend Kay who was very professional, knowledgable, friendly and charged a very reasonable fee for her services. I would definitely recommend and will return to Kay if required in the future.
