They rebranded about 5 minutes ago and I’m already extremely unimpressed. The woman on the till needs to get retrained and get off her high horse - learn how to serve customers!! I asked her a very simple question and received the most sarcastic, rude and unnecessary response which was full of attitude. As soon as I challenged her about it, she apologised straight away…but what’s the point?!

I think the service is great, the deli food is delicious (especially the meat balls), I love the sushi and the strictly vegetable lasagne has an incredible sauce. I'm also very happy with the variety of every day groceries.

Was visiting Edgware before Pesach, tried shopping with you guys but choice was very poor and service was 0 (feels like cashiers doing me a favour responding, and no one to help on shelves).An older employee tried finding a product for me while running around and mumbling what sounded like i am annoying him.
