Easy online ordering from an easy to navigate informative website.Shani from Customer services, who was polite and friendly, phoned as there was a slight change needed on the delivery and this was followed up by an email to confirm the information.The two delivery guys were great, friendly and polite, respected my property and delivered my washing machine with care.Whole process was excellent, professional, friendly and easy!I’d highly recommend ordering from this company.

In a moment of frustration about the poor performance of my last washing machine I walked down to Gerald Giles to buy a new one on the spur of the moment, thinking it would be expensive to shop there. My first impressions were so good - an awesome showroom with lots of choice and a really knowledgable assistant who listened to my diatribe and then came up with a solution. I had already looked on line and was amazed to find that the price was the same. The machine was installed with no fuss, my old machine was taken away and here I am - a few months on - feeling extremely pleased with the whole experience. I can certainly recommend Gerald Giles and what's more they are local, real people who actually have names and faces and really want to help! Amazing!
