John managed a project to cable our home for us, including an external home office building. There isn't much John doesn't know about the Synology brand and that could be written large on the back of a postage stamp!Extremely helpful when I urgently needed advice to rescue a lot of data from a failing NAS drive. Then assisted remotely in setting up a new NAS. All at a reasonable cost.

We'd cabled our home a few years ago, but never got around to finishing the job off, leaving cables hanging out of walls and a dodgy patch panel serving the few sockets we had managed to finish. So we called Harrison IT to see if they could help us tidy all this up, and John paid us a visit the very same night for an initial assessment. He provided a quote there and then (a very reasonable price given the state of our setup), and a couple of weeks later he carried out the job itself. A very friendly, professional service (he wore a mask throughout) and John was more than happy to share nuggets of knowledge as he went about the task at hand. Very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Harrisons IT for any IT service that is needed. John solved our wifi blackout in our extension that we have had issues with for quite some time now. Finally full signal and no more drop outs. Couldn't recommend John enough, very professional and solved the issue within a hour the work was very tidy and looks great.
