I put my Qualcast in for a general service and on its return I thought they had made a mistake and given me someone else newer model. It was only the fact I knew I had bent one of the cooling fins that it had to be mine. So the cosmetic was great, this was backed up by the cutting precision, just perfect. Highly recommended.

Crawford sorted me out with an Ego strimmer. Superb machine. My hands and knees struggle with arthritis and it's very lightweight and easy to use. Made the strimming enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for someone who maybe would struggle with a heavier strimmer. Fully charged within an hour and done the job perfectly. Also loosen one bolt and it folds to half the size. Perfect!!!

We run a campsite and holiday cottages near Inverkeithingabout 15 acres. I’ve been dealing with Crawford and his crew since they started. Before that Plummer Bros. They always take an intelligent and practical approach to the war of keeping on top of your gardening and tree cutting tasks. Had loads of sit-on and push Husqvarna mowers and chainsaws. All the equipment they sell is tough and hardwearing. Last year we took the Ego leap on Crawford’s recommendation. Strimmer , hedge trimmers, blower, chainsaw... I couldn’t be happier with these tools. Got 2 x 5 Ah batteries. I run out of puff long before they do. I had a code red on a battery and it was replaced pronto, no problems since. I feel that Crawford and Sarah have pitched the business in just the right place, so even with just a little garden you get the same service that the big hard profession guys get. I was able to trade in a good petrol mower for an Ego one, so now I have everything I need. Ego stuff is much quieter and more pleasant to operate. Even the chainsaw is really adequate as long as you keep it sharp. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.Chris Barley

Purchased a new Husqvarna 135Mark 2 chainsaw, excellent deal and machine is faultless. After sales service is excellent. Can’t recommend Crawford at Forth Grass Machinery highly enough, what he doesn’t know can be written on a postage stamp.

Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and competent. I took my chainsaw in as it was stalling, came back running great with new chain and service parts for a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
