Yole - Westfield

Avoid. I have just been to the toilet, and the guy from yole was in there as well. I noticed he had one blue glove on and he was still wearing the same glove afterward. He didn't wash either of his hands afterwards. Now he has gone straight back to work to prepare drinks and food for the public. Really disgusting practice, Yuk!!!

I love the IBIZA in Yole, with lovely stuff Jahera and Joy is very friendly hope we get more kind stuff like them. ❤️❤️❤️

Easily the best froyo I've ever had. So creamy and homogeneous. Not too sweet at all.

NEVER EVER GET THE LARGE CUP!!!Flavour was nice but very stingy with the toppings. We order the large cup (around £6.45) and we get 3 toppings. I chose the rocher sauce, fresh strawberry fruit and oreo crumbs. You can judge from my picture how much they gave me the strawberry and the oreo crumbs. And as you can also see that I took the picture from one side, and as you can guess the other side has ZERO toppings. I asked politely for extra strawberry because I’m for sure feel robbed by the price and the quantity I get, but the guy who served me was being rude and say “this is all you get, if you want more you pay more”

It was really great taste and experience at yole Westfield. I just visited yesterday night and received high quality of service by boy

How disappointing!!! I've been to this Yole FOUR times and three have been a fail. When this concession opened, they had strawberry or mango plant based. Both flavours are advertised. Every time I have gone out of my way to visit since, either the plant based is unavailable, or only mango is.Don't advertise a flavour you have no plans to stock. The servers are both useless, one tends to eat behind the counter and sit on his phone. As the concession is always empty (aside from on the opening weekend) you should just close it.Update - I happened to be passing today so checked the menu. They're still advertising both strawberry and mango. There was no one there to ask. The concession was open, just no staff around. Literally, the worst run ice cream stand ever.
