Hosts are kind and very welcoming. The facilities in the room I stayed in where excellent! There was plenty of sockets to charge your phones and gadgets and you could even charge your phone on the back of the alarm clock using the wireless charging feature. Also plenty of storage space even if you stayed for a week or more! The bathroom was very clean and modern with a shaver charging point. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect with off road parking. Also the breakfast was excellent using good quality ingredients. I will definitely be booking a stay here again in the near future!

This is a 5 star experience. Close to the beautiful Poole Park, Poole City centre. It has free onside parking. Delicious breakfast and genuine great hosts. Thank you for a brilliant weekend away. We will be back.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of my birthday gift for my mum, tickets to Monkey World.The room was quite spacious, with a very generous double bed and a full size private bathroom in room! Everything was very clean and there was a kettle with drink options and biscuits in the room. Was like staying at a posh hotel! The breakfast was incredible, so much choice and all so yummy. The parking looked like it could get a bit tight/awkward if there was many guests with cars, but we had no issues when we stayed. Service was A*.We also found the harbour and town centre was in easy walking distance with lots of restaurants around too. Highly recommend!

Last minute find, not the sort of place we would normally stay but turned out to be a real gem. Spotless and well equipped room, comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, fruit salad was delicious . Caroline and Adrian were the perfect host, nothing was to much trouble. We would certainly recommend.

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days break. Very comfortable, clean, great hosts, food was excellent with plenty off choice. A great location with Poole park, quay and restaurants not too far. I would certainly recommend and come back to this guest house.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely recommend staying here very welcoming very clean and very comfortable someone left a review on here saying the front room was loud of traffic I can tell you we did not hear very much at all breakfast was amazing and kept asking if we had enough excellent place to stay.
