Had a complicated order which was a wedding party of 7 across different stores AND ordered quite early to lock in a deal price on the suits. Ryan was absolutely great (I hope I got his name right... he was the newish staff member with long hair). The suits themselves were great quality for the price and he helped us get everything perfect considering it was such a complicated order.Ryan was really attentive and remembered all the details in our order including accompanying shirt sizes which we added on to the order after buying the 7x suits. He helped us to dispatch to different stores too for some of the groomsmen further afield.Really appreciate the help!

Great customer service I was looking for a couple of casual shirts for a upcoming wedding wasn’t disappointed good selection in stock both shirts fitted perfectly buy two for £80.00 thanks for a great service

Shocking service. Had three shirts on the counter ready to buy, light haired chap came upstairs with a few lads selling them suits. Moved my shirts out the way with no explanation, didn't acknowledge me or shout someone else to serve. Stood around for a few minutes and just walked out. From his conversation about getting store credits for selling more suits, he obviously seemed a lot more bothered about selling a suits to these lads and getting himself more credit than he would selling me three shirts. Won't be back.

When I set out to look for a suit for my wedding, I never thought that I would get that personal / tailored / one-off type experience that my (now) wife got with her wedding dress, but that's exactly what I got at Hawes & Curtis. We decided to have a day out suit shopping and I had intended to buy a Hugo Boss suit or similar but to be honest they didn't feel or look that special. We saw the window display at Hawes & Curtis (Leeds) which showed a classy suit and some accessories and went in. I immediately saw a beautiful 3 piece blue dinner suit but wasn't sure if it was suitable for my wedding. Paul said that it was very much a wedding style and asked if I'd like to try it on. Despite being a stone heavier than I normally am, I instantly felt it was the suit for me. It looked fantastic and felt classy even though I was out of shape! My (now) wife picked out a beautiful silk silver Paisley tie and pocket square from the huge choice of colours there, which looked fantastic with it (despite I'm not a Paisley fan!) Paul was absolutely fantastic, incredibly professional and helpful before I'd even said I was buying the suit. I lost some weight so I could get back into a 38/32 jacket and trousers and went for another fitting a couple of weeks before my wedding. They made some alterations to the trousers and called me a couple of days later - absolutely fantastic service. I bought ties and pocket squares for my best man and groomsmen and Paul gave me a great price for everything. I had plenty of positive comments on wedding day about my suit and was asked if it was hand made / made to measure. I cannot recommend Hawes & Curtis Leeds enough, especially Paul, he is a credit to the business. His colleague is also a gentleman and I will not hesitate to go there again for my next suit.

Not impressed by service and quality. Took four attempts to get a suit jacket without fault. We live in York and travelling to and parking in Leeds cost us unnecessary cost. Our son and his best men and our other son also purchased their suits from your store so a lot of money spent. No apology or offer of even a shirt as compensation. Not good publicity for further purchases or recommendations to others.

Went to buy a suit for a friend's wedding. Good selection of suits and was served by a chap called Patrick who did a good job to cater for my needs and helped me choose the right suit. Recommended!

I ordered goods online and as they didn’t fit returned for exchange, these were returned and received back to H&C on the 14th February.I’m still waiting, no response from the online bot, phone line rings out and no correspondence as to when I might receive my exchange request. The clothes are nice but the customer service journey has been a complete let down.

When looking for our son's prom suits. My husband & I came across this shop. And we weren't disappointed. Sue went above and beyond, to catered for our son's style's & looks. Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.

A member of staff (man with white hair) refused to measure my partner’s collar size and said that we would have to pay for that service. We enquired further saying we just wanted a measurement and not a tailor service, he still insisted that it would cost and also we wouldn’t be able to get this type of service anywhere else free of charge. However, we walked to Slaters and also Moss in the trinity (exceptionally close to Hawes & Curtis) and managed to get a measurement for his chest and collar free of charge because weirdly, it only requires one to get out a measuring tape and measure something. Not great customer service which is a shame as we were really looking forward to going in and spending money there.
