I went to li nails and asked for marble and they simply failed at that design. All my acrylic nails came off within a week!!! Also my nails were not smooth and straight and had bumps. The older woman who did my Nails hair was getting angry because i didn’t have a picture of marble. Will never ever use li nails again.

Rude staff… made me feel really uncomfortable. nails are horribly made . I paid £23 pounds for nothing . Never experienced such behaviour. One of the staff told me to stop touching my nails and be careful because they can easily come off. The fact that they know they can easily come off and yet they charge so much. They are rubbing people . And the fact that they don’t even wear gloves and not even sanitise their hands makes me sick. I don’t not recommend this place .

Terrible service- They used gel polish which I specifically did not ask for. When I went back to ask for them to rectify their mistake, they instead called me a liar and started telling me I had asked for gel polish. They also wanted me to pay which is ridiculous. One of them is especially unprofessional as she started laughing with other customers. I wouldn’t recommend here as their prices are not worth the end product.

Have been going here for a while now, always amazing service and nails are strong and last. The older lady always takes her time and makes sure you get exactly what you want. She will keep checking throughout that youre happy so if you're not happy at any stage there is always plenty of time to say and have it rectified whilst there. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the local area for my nails. Thanks so much!

Absolutely disgraceful... I went with my daughter, I got gel nails and toes. She took 20mins doing the lot. I could tell she was rushing, when I questioned the work and the roughness she blamed the varnish and how business they were. Really bad quality, really rude. My daughter got her nails done and chipped within 2 hours, I will be going back to get ot replaced. Avoided at all cost of you want quality work! If you looking for cheap work that will last hours the this is the place for you!!! Thr picture shows her thumb gel nail completely off as it lasted 2 hours!

after 5 days i lost 3 acrylics, charged £12 for the nail art which i didn’t mind, but painted it wrong, with gel that she couldn’t fix, and still charged me full price for the design on top of the acrylics themselves (£12+£28)

Last minute call to the salon and they had availability for me. They took off my polygel nails and gave me a full new acrylic set. They were so careful and thorough and I'm over the moon with my new set. Thank you ladies.
