We met Adrian while doing our very first project of Loft Conversion for our new home. Adrian and his team not only completed the project before schedule but with the high specifications and dedication. We liked his way of working so much that we offered him the rest of the extension work of our home project.With Adrian and his team working on the project, one need not worry about the quality or timely completion. He even has good team of supportive work like plumbers, electricians, plasterer, painter and tiler who would give finishing touches to the superior level.If you are looking for trouble free and timely completion of any project Adrian is ‘the answer’We highly recommend Adrian.

We had our loft done with Adalan Ltd last year. We were so pleased with their perfect job. That’s why we decided to go ahead with them again for our living room extension and garage conversion with an utility room this year. The project was a major work, but it took only 6 weeks to finish all because of their dedicated hardworking and trying their best to deliver everything on time. Adrian and his team did a dormer loft extension for us. Their punctuality and speed of work is impressive.Adrian is always professional, responsive and happy to answer questions or address any concerns. He helped us understand the different stages of the build which is reassuring when you are a novice!The team arrives early/promptly every morning and just gets on with the job, is always very respectful and endeavours to minimise disturbance which was not the easiest as the work was carried out as we both worked from home during the pandemic!Thank you all at ADALAN!

Adalan built us an 8x4m office garden. From start to finish his team were diligent and super quick. They delivered on budget and were accommodating to any requests we had. The various trades people they arranged were also really great.We’ve used Adrian and the Adalan team on 3 separate occasions now, first to do our loft conversion and then to do our living room remodel. It was a no brained to get them back to build our office.We can’t recommend them enough!

Adalan came very highly recommended for our loft conversion by a family friend whose own loft had led to several neighbours using them.From the minute I met Adrian for the initial quote I was given all the information needed in a way that was understood and given clear idea of next steps and rough time frames. A detailed quote followed with clear idea of what was included, extra and stages of payments.After we agreed to proceed Graham, architect, sent a detailed proposal of conversion which after some final details was sent on to local authority.The actual build was over a very speedy 4 weeks (which included a 4 day bank holiday) rather than the 6 expected yet no feeling of work being rushed or corners cut. Adrian and his team were very professional, courteous and as clean/tidy as reasonably possible.I would, and have, recommend Adalan to anybody considering a loft conversion, extension or renovation. Yes we had cheaper quotes but Adrian was so detailed and you knew exactly what was included (everything except the painting at end) it's worth that bit extra for peace of mind and a job brilliantly done.Loft conversion - dormer. 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.Painting done by us and carpets by carpetright. Everything else was Adalan.

We used Adalan twice for our construction. Adrian finished our work as scheduled. He kept us informed about our work. His team were professional and polite. They were tidy and on time. We are very pleased with Adalan construction.

Our experience of working with Adrian & his team @ Adalan has been fantastic, they are extremely hard working, reliable, punctual and professional. Adrian was very proactive and came up with great ideas throughout the build. The team were initially here to construct a loft conversion but due to their exceptional work they ended up renovating the first floor bedrooms and built us an office / shed in the garden too. Also installing a gorgeous glass bannister which was Adrian s brilliant idea! Once they were here we didn’t want to let them go, they were so good! There were a few snags to complete as usual and Adrian has been the one to proactively contact us to get them completed. We are so pleased with all the work they did for us, our house looks amazing. We would highly recommend Adrian and his team to anyone, you will not find better builders, if we could give 10 stars, we would! Thank you so much guys.
