Visited the Newcastle store. Nice things but vastly overpriced considering they are donated free. Obviously they need to support the charity but they are pricing themselves out of a competitive market.

The British Heart Foundation Furniture shop sells good quality second hand furniture and domestic appliances.

doesnt know anythimg about there products kept me on phone for 10 minutes to then tell me they were shut for a week. time wasters!!!

BEWARE!!!!Guess they need to sort out their drivers. We're moving tomorrow and arranged for a single wardrobe, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers to be collected this morning. They took the drawers and lied to me saying the shop wouldn't accept the wardrobes because they're too big for the shop staff to move around. Hello, I can move them myself and how small do you think a wardrobe can be?!?!I contacted the collection line and the lady there was very polite and said the driver had rung and told her he couldn't get the items out of the house because they were too big.Rant over. Now I have to solve how to get these out of the house in less than 24 hours-not a good relationship to be building with your regular financial supporters.

was told they would clean the leather sofa before delivery and was told i would have to wait couple days extra as it was filthy and had just come into the shop. when they delivered it it had not even been wiped over with a cloth. absolute disgraceful. may be a charity but don't offer a service you clearly don't provide. delivery guys were great tho.

Hi there bought a settee 3 seatter and 2 seatter chocolate brown leather for £240 in amazen condition youd think it was brand new and grate service and delivery could not be more happy with my exsperence buyen from here if you dont have much money and you need quality stuff for you house / flat check this place out its amazen

Purchased a small sofa and chair less than 18 months ago, the items were no longer required so offered these back to BHF along with other items. The same drivers who delivered came also to collect but on this occasion stated they could not get them through the door. EXCUSE ME YOU GOT THEM IN SO HOW CANT YOU GET THEM OUT. Nothing had changed. Consequently we have managed and now they are off to the tip. Guess it’s £200 loss for BHF all because of the lazy drivers. They were quick enough to remove the smaller items !!!!

Bargains, Gems and Quality. I can't reccomend this place enough.You can find pretty much anything in here.Recently purchased a Digital record player for £15, a Large, Fluffy Rug for the same, a huge bookshelf for £25, a Glass and Metal TV stand for £1, a cig port powered heated massage lumbar support cushion for driving at £5, a bathroom shelving unit for £3, and I'll be back for more soon enough.Can't get enough of this place.Delivery rates are very reasonable as well.I'd like to tackle the poor reviews about the delivery guys, since people seem to be uninformed. They're not BHF Delivery guys.This is an external commpany that BHF use, and so BHF can't make them do anything they don't want to so don't give BHF a bad rating for something beyond their control.They're great at delivering and they're both friendly and professional. As far as I'm concerned; there's not a complaint to be made about them.

Paid 90 pounds for set of drawers for bedroom when I got it home discovered there were marks like fluorescent substance had marked the top and numerous scratches could be seen now discovered one of the drawers has fallen apart. All I'm saying is check what you buy thoroughly
