Lots of tables to sit down, watermelon and mint refresher was very nice, maybe a little small for the price. Visited at 13:30. Chocolate rice crispy cluster also very good.

Great vegetarian and vegan options, disabled access and disabled toilet. Wonderful staff: friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I had to clear a table so we could sit somewhere. It took 10 + minutes to serve 6 people in the queue ahead of us. Hot chocolate came with 'squirty' cream even though we asked for no cream. Hot chocolate was bitter, not very chocolatey.

Had a great lunch here: iced vanilla latte, ploughman's baguette and lemon & blueberry cake! Lots of choice on the menu and everything tasted fresh. Very busy but well-organised.

This place is always busy, but the staff are attentive and cheerful every time we've visited.The muffins are good, drinks are OK and the sandwiches etc are tasty. There's shaded seating on the side with water bowls for dogs and stepped access down to the pavement beside the main road. Flat level wheelchair access is available through the retail parks carpark , with disabled parking and an easy access door.This place could really do with a refurbishmentThe bathrooms are always very grubby looking, and often, things are broken, or there's a sign saying out of order, probably due to the sheer number of customers using the facilities daily. It's close to a college and hospital and situated on a retail park, so it is constantly busy. Its still nicer than the one in Truro city centre.

Service a bit slow but friendly. Tables could have been cleaner. Toilets out of order so need to use disabled. Sign on toilet door looked old/battered so may have been out of order for a while?Mocha was nice, latte could have been hotter.

The staff and the service was amazing.. The staff were friendly despite their working conditions.Working in this heat with no air conditioning is unacceptable and should not be expected of them.Management need to resolve this as this is the second in 10 days I've visited and both times staff have been working under the same conditons

Me and my sister came to this costa while waiting to see our very ill Nan at the hospital across the road. While waiting for our order we got a call to go straight over. They rushed to get our order together and were very sweet. Unfortunately Nan passed before we even put the order in. Will definitely come back again. The service was amazing
