Helping Hands Home Care Chester
Having started work at helping hands 8 months ago it has been an amazing journey. I come home at night knowing I have helped to make even the slightest difference to someone’s day. Meeting all the lovely customers is a joy each day. And the support system from the management and other carers is amazing like a family unit. I would deffinately recommend helping hands not only if you want a career in care but if you need some help in caring for a loved one.

Melanie visited and explained how the process works and answered all our questions, and then did a great job in matching us up with an excellent carer, who we get on with very well and provides great service. Booking time is very easy and everyone involved is very friendly and helpful.

I have worked for helping hands as an hourly carer for a few months now and the support is amazing. Working at the Chester branch is perfect as I live in the area, and the admin team and managers and fab to work with. Always available to answer any questions or concerns. If you are looking to become a carer, I highly recommend joining us, the training is excellent and you are only ever a call away from help.
