Jordon said I would be able to wear flat shoes again after a round of treatment. I didn't believe him as I was in such agony with plantar fasciitis. It's not a painless treatment but after 5 sessions and a month later I'm wearing flat shoes again and haven't experienced any problems at all. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis I would really recommend Jordon's treatment. He's clearly very knowledgeable and what's more important - it works !

Lewis has made my journey to recovery much more pleasurable, safe to say I would still be suffering from a chronic achilles tendonitis if it wasn't for his passionate service.

I had very painful plantar fasciitis for the whole summer which I hoped would improve by itself. After two months of the pain worsening I eventually couldn’t walk any distance or even walk barefoot round the house. After 4 weeks of treatment with Lewis my foot is back to normal. I’m so happy to be able to walk properly again! Highly recommend.

Booked in to see Lewis after years of back problems and after having 2 appointment’s with him I can honestly say I have never felt better, I can move easier and without moaning and I can even put my socks on without help lol,Lewis will be my first point of call for any problems in the future can’t thank him enough

Excellent service. I have had treatment for plantar fasciitis which I didn't think was going to improve, after a number of sessions I can finally say that I'm no longer in pain. I felt listened to, was given exercises to do at home and treatment at the clinic. Thank you for fixing me, would highly recommend. Lewis was brilliant!

I was so grateful to find Lewis as I had bad whiplash and he has beenan absolutely brilliant therapist to get rid of my painful whiplash. I woukd highly recommend him to anyone as he deals with the issue at gavdvabd works at reducing the pain . Fantastic!

I contacted Jordan when our15 year old son Theo broke both of the ankle bones in his right leg in Feb 2022. He’s a footballer (goalkeeper) and we knew the road ahead was going to be a long and difficult one due to similar past injuries. Our priority was to get him back to physical fitness with no lasting side effects and in the safest most sensible way possible. We knew we’d need help. Jordan immediately reassured me that he could help.We met with him whilst Theo was still in his cast. He was so nice and he struck a rapport with Theo from the start. This was a relief to us as we knew he was more likely to follow Jordan’s instruction and advice than he would ours! He created a program of rehab that Theo could start on right away. Limited exercise that would help keep his fitness up and keep him motivated but in a safe way. Once the cast came off and whilst still in a boot, the rehab became more regular and intensive. Regular sessions with Jordan and exercises to work on at home gave Theo focus and determination. After 3/4 months of rehab, Theo has just been ‘signed off’ fit to play again. Theo will continue to have a few more sessions so his progress can be monitored and advice given if needed. Jordan has made this whole process so much less stressful than it could’ve been. With his calm, professional manner and his obvious wealth of knowledge and experience he is a real credit to his profession. We are incredibly grateful to him for helping to ‘get our boy back’ and our return to normal life again. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing help with injury rehabilitation. Thank you so much Jordan!

Jordan was amazing with my neck issues, previously went to a chiropractor which solved my issues temporarily i was given long and strenuous exercises to do whereas the ones Jordan gave me were simple easy and I could fit them into my day-to-day. Would 100% recommended to anyone
