Went in to look at some carpet not really knowing what I needed. Mike helped me right away and spent so much time with me. He told me all about the different carpets and helped me find the perfect one for me. And he even made me a coffee!! I can't remember the last time I had such great customer service. Also shout out to Holly who made the arrangements from purchase to fit an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend giving Tapi a try.
