Do not use for SEO services as waste of money

Absolute Joke of a company ,So Greedy for money its unreal,Paid around 40k for a terrible website and now threatening me to try and get more,The website still isn't operating properly . going on almost 2 years .This has been the worst business decision made.I asked for a fully manageable website and was told I could change modules ect by the click of a bottom,and was drag and drop THIS IS LIES,The hold everything to them self and dont give us access then say its a chargeable development !!We launched a website that didn't even send customers a conformation email for tracking, didn't have essential items in a checkout which caused loss of sales .The mobile site is a complete farce doesn't look correct as they haven't built it properly !!This was my main focus and now been told they just shrink the main site.Surely having so much experience" they should build it on the mobile site as a priority !!Have went from a well established website taking in thousands to a website taking in 4 orders over a peak weekend !Had to fix most of it ourselfs
