Great location and feels safe. Sadly, the lifts have been often out of service recently or would rate higher.

Very good car park that I didn't know existed in Horsham! It's a bit narrow getting in and out of the car park but apart from that it's a nice car park that is decently kept and also pretty reasonable. £2 for up to 2 hours of parking isn't bad at all in my mind.

Good central car park for town however I'm getting increasingly fed up with the lifts constantly being out of use....when you have a pram and rely on this service for the parent parking spaces I can't help but feel the people responsible for the life are a complete joke!!!! Not even a sign upon entering the car park only one at the barrier. Sort this out guys....enough is enough!!!

Great car park for nearby shops and travelodge. Free outside certain hours and has clever licence plate recognition so no need to pay & display etc.Only concern was whether pay station gets cleaned regularly

The lifts do not work, which is ridiculous. I had to carry my 4 month old baby in her buggy down the stairs with just me and my 8 year old who couldn't manage it! Thankfully someone was able to assist us. Then to add insult to injury there was no ramp (that I could see) to get off the plaza bit, so once again a stranger had to help me with the buggy.On return to my car I had to walk up the entrance ramp, which is absurd and ridiculously dangerous, its meant for cars, not people.Seems this is an ongoing issue as lots of people have mentioned the lifts not working. It needs to be sorted out!

Not impressed - firstly the system failed to read my number plate correctly and then it failed to print a receipt! Consequently I had to pay for my parking twice. I thought we lived in the 21st century?!

Normally have no issues but realised today there is a severe lack of parent and baby spaces (there may be 10-12 at the moment) so ended up parking on the top floor, with a pram (as needed the space) and both lifts out of service!! Absolutely shocking this wasn't displayed on a noticeboard as you entered!

Lively plaza with fountains, cafe, various walkways, nearby playground and seating. Sometimes used for performnce evens like morris dancing. Handy for sainsburys and library.
