Honestly avoid going here, i came here last week it was awful, better off going to cherish the service from cherish is amazing which is around the corner from there, trust me dont bother going to surescan.i did come here last week check ypur computer i came at 2pm last friday n saying your going to take legal action just beacuse i gave your clinc a bad review maybe sort the clinc out and you wont get a bad review.. the nurse who took my blood rushed me and did it so quick it hurt, i was told i would get my blood result before monday it never happened i had to call myself monday even though i was told i would gett my result before monday.

I rang up a little nervous and unsure what the process was, and was spoken to bluntly and rudely. Will take my money elsewhere.

I attended the SureScan clinic for a required ultra-sound scan and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.The booking team were friendly and efficient; I came off the call with an appointment within a couple of days. Much quicker than via the NHS when you're looking for answers / to put your mind at ease.I opted for a scan with a consultation (very reasonably priced); a great way to get some answers there and then.My appointment was made with Dr. Kalkat, who has been fantastic throughout the whole process and is obviously exceptionally knowledgeable in her field. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Kalkat’s support didn’t just stop abruptly at the end of the consultation and indeed even at the point I was transferred to another consultant, she remained a point of contact should I have any issues, queries or concerns. Well above and beyond anything I expected! A huge thank you to Dr. Kalkat for all of her help and support.

Had the most incredible experience at Sure Scan. My journey there has been amazing. Mr Kumar was so supportive, helpful and felt really looked after. Reception staff are always so friendly. Recommend this practice to anyone who is looking help along their fertility journey.

I made a desperate call at 7.30 in the morning which was answered promptly by a friendly voice who booked me in for an emergency scan at 9 AM that morning!Fantastic service by a group of really lovely people who quite obviously love their job. Luckily my scan went well, I was reassured and had everything was explained to me in detail. I cannot praise them enough!

I was recommended to this clinic by a good friend. The clinic was very clean. However the staff are a bit discombobulated. I was charged twice from my card on accident which is fine because accidents do happen however, it was a nightmare to get my money back having to keep ringing up and being transferred to different people being told I would be contacted again and wasn’t. I had to chase up constantly. Secondly, the experience I received definitely wasn’t the best/what I expected especially from a private clinic. When I attended my appointment I was diagnosed with PCOS and told I’d have difficulty conceiving. However, I was pregnant at the time but wasn’t informed. Personally I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing. The whole point of me going to this clinic was due to inconsistency with my periods I thought I’d be provided with a better experience than the NHS however I wasn’t and the NHS provided a much better service.

It was very apparent that they were more interested in taking money than in the care or consideration of me as a patient. It was very rushed, unprofessional & patronising. I was given a price list/tick list immediately to be completed although I had already paid for an early reassurance scan and was told I was like a car going in for an MOT

I have visited surescan several times and every experience has been amazing, from the reception staff to the nurses and consultants. Dr Kumar is very kind amd professional and have found the experience always to be a positive one during consultations. Highly recommended..

Initially went for the Fertility MOT and the consultant was very welcoming and patient with us. He listened to our concerns and reassured us in a gentle manner. I guess that’s what made us feel more comfortable. Went for couple of early scans and couldn’t ask for more. It felt like everyone from the consultants to nurses and reception staff were happy to be a part of your journey. Great service, expertise, and overall experience has been fantastic.
