I found the receptionist's very condescending, once I turned up for an appointment, took it in my lunch hour from work, checked in to tell her I was there, an hour later I was still sat there, everybody that came in after me had been and gone, when checking with the receptionist all she said was . Oh sorry was I talking when you checked in" changed it to the high street and it was the best move I have ever done."

The Market Place Dental Practice
As hard as it is to get to the dentist, especially with a child who has covid anxiety, to tell the dentist my child has autism and for her to talk to him the way she did really upset me. She caused him to have a melt down. Please dentists, be aware of your patients and how you talk them. Now it's going to be twice as hard to get him to come back next time.

Had my tooth out here by a dentist who was so kind and lovely. She had been extracting teeth at a hospital previously so was very experienced and put me at ease. Would highly recommend her!

Absolutely disgusted in the people who work here.. Very rude and unpleasant. My mother had a bad experience here today the dental practitioner was very rude and unprofessional. Would never go here again, glad I moved dental practices when I did years ago.
